1. Who are you, where are you located?
   WEBSOURCE LLC is owned and operated by Christopher James - and when you call, you will talk to Chris directly. We are located in Beavercreek Ohio.
   
   
2. Can you register our domain name and host our website?
   Absolutely, we manage domain registrations and provide both website hosting and email services for many of our clients. In fact, we run an exclusive dedicated server to service our client's websites.
   
   
3. What does a website cost?
   Please review our pricing information. Our pricing is very competitive. We beat the larger design shops by thousands, yet we offer superior experience and expertise in all areas needed for a successful web operation. Plus, as a small business, you can expect the kind of personal service that is often lacking in larger companies. 4. How long does it take to build a website?
   This will depend entirely on the complexity/size of your project, and on our current work schedule. Please call for a timeframe.
   
   
5. Will my website be listed on search engines?
   We use advanced and ethical search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to get your website fully indexed on all the major search engines, including Google, Yahoo! and Bing (formerly MSN/Live). In addition, we offer inclusion in our very own exclusive Ohio Business Directory. We also manage paid search engine advertising programs (pay-per-click) including Google AdWords and Yahoo! Search Marketing.
   
   
6. Can you still optimize my website for search engines if I use another design service?
   We do not optimize sites we haven't built as a matter of policy, since most of the work in optimizing a website well is tied up in how your site is designed and coded. Remember, we code to W3C specifications, and we do not charge extra fees for SEO.
   
   
7. Will I be able to track how many visitors I have to my website?
   With Google Analytics, comprehensive traffic stats are only a click away - you can even set up automatic reports that will send you information on the number of visitors, referrals from search engines and much more.
   
   
8. Will I be able to update my own website and what is the cost?
   Updates within the first 30 days are expected and free of charge. Subsequent updates are billed at $75/hour (min. $37.50/half hour) or we can negotiate fees for frequent maintenance plans. We will not nickel and dime you on updates - if you want to change your telephone number do not expect a charge. If you need to make frequent (daily) updates, you may want to consider a CMS.
   
   
9. How quickly do you complete website updates?
   This is, perhaps, one of our most frequently asked questions - since many of our competitors seem to have a reputation for slow service. Updates are always made in a timely manner, and we always return calls promptly. Most updates are made within a few days, and minor updates are often completed the same day.
